We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Wellness & Nutrition Sales Consultant who is passionate about health, fitness, nutrition, and helping people improve their lives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative sales, building relationships, and educating customers about premium wellness products and services in a high-energy retail and clinical environment.
Wellness & Nutrition Sales Consultant Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer and patient experience from greeting through checkout.
- Educate customers on nutritional supplements, wellness products, and functional health solutions.
- Assist customers in selecting products aligned with their goals and lifestyles.
- Build strong relationships with repeat customers and wellness members.
- Recommend memberships, wellness programs, IV therapies, and related services when appropriate.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across sports nutrition, vitamins, functional medicine supplements, hydration products, and wellness services.
- Support retail merchandising, inventory organization, and visual presentation standards.
- Help drive store sales goals through consultative customer engagement.
- Stay informed on wellness trends, product launches, and industry developments.
- Assist with front desk support, scheduling, and customer follow-up communication as needed.
- Participate in community outreach and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of general professional experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior retail sales, nutrition sales, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or customer service experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, or functional medicine.
- Comfortable discussing supplements and wellness products with customers.
- Ability to build trust and create long-term customer relationships.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Experience working toward sales goals or KPIs is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Vitamin or supplement retail experience
- Fitness industry or gym sales experience
- Functional medicine or wellness clinic experience
- Membership or consultative sales experience
- Knowledge of premium supplement brands and wellness trends
