Health & Wellness Retail Associate

$15 per hour + Sales Incentives | Part-Time or Full-Time.

Join our wellness-focused retail team and help customers find the right vitamins, supplements, and health solutions to improve their daily lives.
This role goes beyond traditional retail. Our team members act as wellness guides, helping customers understand products and make informed choices about their health.
Training is provided, so prior supplement knowledge is not required.

What You’ll Do:
Customer Experience:
- Greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
- Ask questions to understand customer wellness goals.
- Recommend vitamins, supplements, and wellness products.
- Educate customers on product benefits and proper use.
- Build relationships with repeat customers.
Sales:
- Recommend complementary products and bundle solutions.
- Promote store promotions and loyalty programs.
- Help meet store sales goals.
Store Operations:
- Process transactions using POS system.
- Restock shelves and maintain organized displays.
- Rotate inventory and check expiration dates.
- Help maintain a clean and organized store.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Retail or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Interest in health, wellness, nutrition, or fitness.
- Reliable and professional work ethic.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience working in a supplement or health store.
- Background in nutrition, fitness, or wellness.
- Personal interest in holistic health.
